Michelle Heaton and Adele Silva have stripped off for a naked photo shoot.

In the snaps, the pair are seen sitting down in the nude, with only their hands strategically placed to cover their modesty.

Michelle says she enjoyed taking her clothes off for the experience.

'I've been offered thousands to pose naked for lads' mags, but always refused,' she says. ‘It's only now that I've felt ready to do it tastefully.

'I'm 31 and I've never been in better shape. I want to send a message that I'm an ordinary girl who's struggled to get fit like everyone else, but I've finally figured out what works for me. I'm now healthy - it's so liberating.'

Former Emmerdale star Adele also feels comfortable in her skin.

'I'm 30 this year and I'm finally at ease with myself,' she says.

‘I don't need a blow-dry and full make-up to go to the shops like some women.'
