Pair go for dinner in Beverly Hills

Samantha Ronson and Lindsay Lohan dated for a year

Lindsay Lohan has been snapped on a dinner date with ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson. 

The former couple went for a meal at the Matsuhisa Japanese Restaurant in Beverly Hills last night.

It's the first time they've been seen together in 9 months - when they had a messy split. 

Later, Sam, 32, drove Lindsay home, reports the Daily Mail. 

It's thought she is supporting Li-Lo after she was sentenced to 90 days in prison last week for violating her probation from a 2007 case.

Lindsay, 24, has to surrender to the court on 20 July to begin her jail term. 

Earlier this week, Sam defended her ex on Twitter when comedian Joan Rivers, 77, poked fun at the sentence in a series of posts.

'Hey, Joan Rivers,' she wrote. 'You have Collagen older than Lindsay.

'Pick on someone your own age. Oh wait, I guess people that old can't hear. Bully.'
