Cheryl Cole is now recovering from malaria at home, but The X Factor judge must treat herself well if she's to get back to full fitness.
'She's become a workaholic who uses her work to distract her from her problems,' reveals an insider.
But 27-year-old Cheryl's life is toxic.
Relationship
Cheryl's still caught up on cheating ex Ashley Cole and shocked friends and family by texting him for a chat two weeks ago.
Relationship expert Susan Quilliam says: ‘She's clearly made up her mind to move on but I tend to recommend no contact for 90 days.
'She ought to be sending him the message: "Whatever we still feel about each other, I need a break."'
Diet and nutrition
Cheryl drinks water to stave off hunger.
Celebrity nutritionist Nicki Waterman says: ‘Water's good for hydrating you but it should never be used as a substitute for a balanced meal.
'I'd have Cheryl eating porridge for breakfast, wholemeal pasta for lunch and fish and veg for dinner. She should also snack on fruit.'
Career
Cheryl's diary's jam-packed until the end of the year with commitments to The X Factor and her music.
She's spent the past three months touring, promoting her album and recording in LA.
Even X Factor boss Simon Cowell has told her: ‘Rest - don't rush back.'
