Jealous Mark croft is desperate to destroy the new Kerry Katona

Mark Croft is trying to dredge up drug stories about estranged wife Kerry Katona in an attempt to ruin her plans for a new life.

‘He's making these wild and unsubstantiated claims, telling his mates Kerry bought cocaine from her mum Sue while they were married, as she was too scared of using her old dealers after being caught on film,' says Now's source.

'He's claiming she forced friends to collect the parcels of coke from her mum's house, 20 miles away from where she used to live, to keep herself out of trouble.'

Mark's also said to be furious over footage aired in TV fly-on-the-wall show Kerry And Me, believing he's been made to look like ‘a complete bastard'. He's even threatening to sue the filmmakers.

Having forced Kerry, 29, into bankruptcy after spending her millions on fruitless ventures, Mark's now holed up in a modest two-bedroom house in Leigh, Greater Manchester.

Mark, 39, is dad to Kerry's youngest children - Heidi, 3, and Max, 2.
