Comedian Jennifer Saunders has won a secret battle with breast cancer.
The Ab Fab star, 52, was diagnosed with the disease after discovering a lump in October.
After having chemotherapy and radiotherapy, Jennifer is back in good health.
'Her treatment finished in June,' a source tells the Daily Mail.
'She is very thankful that she has been given the all-clear and is feeling in very good spirits.'
Jennifer has been wearing a blonde wig while battling breast cancer because of the side-effects from her treatment.
But she proudly showed off her shorn head when she was snapped at artist Tracey Emin's 47th birthday party in the south of France this week.
Jennifer has been married to comedian Adrian Edmondson for 25 years.
They are parents to Ella, 24, Beattie, 23, and Freya, 19.
