The panic-stricken star fears her ex will stop at nothing to destroy her

Jealous Mark croft has been dumped by Kerry Katona

Kerry Katona knew her split with Mark Croft would never be amicable, but Now's learnt that she's terrified at what he'll do next as her bitter divorce reaches an all-time low.

Behind the scenes, Mark's threatening to ruin Kerry's new wholesome image, by making a string of outrageous claims about her behaviour - even involving their children Heidi, 3, and Max, 2.

He's doing his best to shed the underworld image he once boasted about and wants to be seen as the picture of stability.

Our source says: ‘Mark's working full-time and looking at childcare options, but he also has family members who help out if need be. He has a nice home and the children are settled there. He claims the kids cry their eyes out when they go back to Kerry's.

‘It's dawned on Kerry that by giving interviews about her cocaine problem - which she kicked a few months ago - and doing the documentary Kerry And Me, she's played into Mark's hands and left herself open to accusations of being an unfit mum.'

Since dumping ex-cabbie Mark, 39, the mum of four has found love with decorator Adam Waldron, 33, and now looks the picture of health.

Our source adds: ‘Mark's bitter about that and is determined to paint Kerry in the worst light possible. He believes she still leaves the kids with babysitters for days on end while she goes off partying.

'He's going all out to hurt Kerry, even though when they were together he turned a blind eye to her behaviour.'
