Actress is going to be a mum

Becki Newton and Chris Diamantopoulos are going to be new parents

Ugly Betty star Becki Newton is expecting her first child with husband Chris Diamantopoulos.

But the pregnancy means shooting on the actress' new show Love Bites has had to be pushed back.

'She plays a virgin [in the pilot episode], so we have to make adjustments to that,' NBC's executive vice president of current programming Vernon Sanders tells People.

Becki, 31, married Chris in May 2005.
