Katie Holmes' ex Chris Klein arrested on suspicion of drink driving

Actor pulled over by officers in Hollywood

Chris Klein was engaged to Katie Holmes

American Pie star Chris Klein has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

The actor was stopped by police yesterday morning after his car was seen weaving across lanes in Hollywood, says a statement from the California Highway Patrol.

Chris, 31, was released after being booked.

In 2005, he was fined $1,800 and ordered to complete 150 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a misdemeanour drink-driving charge in San Diego.
