Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green first got together in 2004
Megan Fox has accepted Brian Austin Green's marriage proposal - for the second time.
The actress's rep has confirmed the couple are planning to tie the knot.
'Yes, she is engaged,' the spokesperson tells People.
Megan, 24, and Brian, 36, first got engaged in November 2006 but they split in February 2009.
No details of a wedding date have been revealed.
