Jordan's desperate to make her wedding blessing a perfect occasion

Kate Price married Alex Reid for the first time in Las Vegas

It's no secret that Alex Reid's input to his wedding Katie Price is minimal but his wife's controlling streak has now reached a new level.

'Katie's really good friends with a cage fighter called Sol Gilbert, who introduced her to Alex,' says Now's source.

'She's had the bright idea of making him Alex's
best man, even though Alex would prefer his brother Rupert.

'Now they're at loggerheads but it's likely Katie will get what she wants.

'She wants her brother to give her away and her son Junior will take centre stage, helping direct guests to their seats.' Katie, 32, has been doing her best to avoid using Botox lately but the pressure of maintaining a natural look's starting to take its toll.

She's told friends that she may have one last blast of the face-freezing treatment to look her best on the day, as she's feeling 'ugly'.

And her slight weight gain has also affected her, as she's unable to fit into her size 6 jeans.

Alex, 34, is finding her mood swings, caused by her lack
of confidence, hard to deal with.

'She hates that she's put on weight - it makes her feel awful,' says our source.

'She actually looks much better, but it's heightened her insecurity, so she keeps having a go at Alex if he's not constantly showering her with praise - he just can't say the right thing.

'Alex has also been banned from having a wild stag, as Jordan's worried his pals will take him to a lap-dancing club and lead him astray.'

A spokesman for Katie Price declined to comment.
