Diana Vickers got punched in the face after attending the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards in London on Tuesday night.

Diana's friend accidently smacked her one in the back of a taxi after the pair's big night out.

The X Factor finalist looked shocked and held her hand to her cheek, but soon recovered her poise after checking her false eyelashes were still in place.

Diana was hardly recognisable with her hair scraped into a statement bun and heavy make-up.

Her 'hippy dippy' style was dumped for a sexy backless puffball blue dress.

The 18-year-old - who topped the charts with debut single Once - no doubt wanted to impress X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole, who picked up Woman Of The Year at the event.
