John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston are thrilled they are expecting again.

After tragically losing their son Jett, 16, last year, the couple had pretty much given up on having another child.

'We tried for several years, and we didn't think it was going to happen for us,' they say.

'This is a miracle, and we feel blessed.'

John, 56, and Kelly, 47, have been overwhelmed with support from fans and well wishers since they announced the news.

'We are so moved by the generous outpouring of support and goodwill we've received from people all over the world,' they tell People.

The couple also have a daughter, Ella Bleu, 10.

In January 2009, Jett Travolta died after suffering a seizure while at
the family holiday home in the Bahamas.
