Frankie Sandford: Massive burgers keep me going

The Saturday singer reveals how she refuels when touring

Frankie Sandford manages to keep slim despite her love for burgers

Frankie Sandford is in amazing shape, despite regularly getting stuck into fast food.

‘I do try and eat healthily, but I'm tired when I'm on the road,' she says.

‘I always have a massive burger because it's the only thing that sorts me out.

'I wouldn't say I eat tons but I never watch what I eat.'

Aftter getting back together with boyfriend Dougie Poynter, 22, and moving in with him, Frankie admits the couple are too busy to go to the supermarket to stock up on healthy bites.

‘We never do a food shop so there's no food in the fridge!' Frankie, 21, reveals, 'so we often end up going out to places or eating Indian, Chinese or pasta.'
