The Britain's Got More Talent host says the music mogul is always cosying up to fiancée Mezhgan Hussainy, 37, backstage.
'He's so sweet and smitten around her,' Stephen, 33, tells Now.
'He's always holding her hand and smiling at her. It's nice. He's so in love and happy now.'
Simon, 50, proposed to Mezhgan on Valentine's Day in February.
