The Manchester United footballer has been inked with his son's name on his back.
Just above it is a design of two hands clasped in angel wings.
Wayne, 24, debuted the bodyart on Monday night after England beat Mexico at Wembley Stadium.
Wife Coleen, 24, gave birth to Kai in November.
