Sandra Bullock's husband has broken his silence on their split - admitting he ruined everything.
The Oscar-winning actress, 45, dumped Jesse James in March after it emerged he had cheated on her.
‘I took a pretty amazing life and marriage and threw it away,' he says.
An emotional Jesse, 41, admits he's lost a lot of friends because of his infidelity.
‘I think it's "Most Hated Man in the World" now,' he tells US show Nightline.
