Suzanne Shaw: I was embarrassed calling Jason my husband
Suzanne Shaw admits she found it weird referring to Jason King as her husband after they got married.
The couple tied the knot in June 2009, but it took a while for things to sink in for the Emmerdale star.
'It felt different at first,' explains Suzanne, 28.'It took me a long time to say "my husband" without it sounding really bizarre! I felt embarrassed when I was saying it for some reason and would nervously giggle afterwards!'
But Suzanne says things with Jason, 35, couldn't be better now.
'I'm 100 per cent the happiest I've ever been in my relationship and life in general,' she says. 'Married life is really good.'
Suzanne is mum to Corey, 5, with ex-fiancé Darren Day.
