Nikki Grahame: I'm living off 500 calorie meals

The ex-Big Brother contestant can't face anything greasy

Nikki Grahame feels she's let her fans down

Big Brother 7 contestant Nikki Grahame claimed to have beaten anorexia in her 2009 book Dying To Be Thin.

But it seems the 28-year-old is still struggling with the eating disorder she developed at the age of 8 - today she weighs just 5st 9lb. 

‘It's all about controlling what goes in my body. I can't eat out very often because I can't control what's in the food. If there's visible oil, like on chips, I can't eat it,' says Nikki.

‘I also have to keep each meal under 500 calories.'

Nikki published her shocking autobiography to inspire other young women to conquer their body issues. Now she's afraid of betraying their trust.

‘I don't want to let down the girls who wrote to me as a result of my book,' she admits.

‘I want help.'
