Eva Mendes: I like to have therapy every week

Actress has regular counselling sessions

Eva Mendes is the face of Calvin Klein

Eva Mendes has revealed that she regularly speaks to a shrink.

The actress says counselling helps her deal with the pressures of fame.

‘I love therapy,' explains Eva, 36. ‘There is nothing like going into a room and sitting down and talking to someone who has no emotional investment in your life...

‘I go once a week and, if not, then every two weeks. And if I'm away I phone in. It's so necessary, especially in my business.'

Eva - who checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah in 2008 for personal issues - likes to tackle her problems directly. 

'Fight them head on,' she tells You. 'Just be honest with yourself and face it. That's everything in life for me.'
