Baby joins soccer star for post-game celebrations

Wayne Rooney is enjoying fatherhood

Wayne Rooney proudly showed off son Kai to the world for the first time yesterday.

The footballer brought the baby on to the pitch at Old Trafford after Manchester United beat Stoke City 4 - 0 in their final game of the season.

Kai was even wearing a team strip with the word Daddy on the back as Wayne carried him in his arms.

Wife Coleen, 24, who gave birth in November, was in the stands to cheer on her man.

Wayne, 24, admits becoming a dad has changed his life. 

'Now I have someone to look after and I just want to be with Kai and Coleen as much as possible,' he tells the Sunday People.

'I don't go out clubbing very much any more, maybe only a couple of times a year. I'm now in bed by 10.30pm, it used to be 1am.'
