Wayne Rooney: I taught parrot to say Kai's name
Wayne Rooney has taught a family parrot to speak his son Kai's name.
The Manchester United footballer has been training the African Grey bird that belongs to wife Coleen's parents Colette, 48, and Tony McLoughlin, 51.
'My wife's parents have got [a parrot], so I taught it to say our son Kai's name,' Wayne, 24, tells Match Of The Day magazine.
‘It was funny at first, but now it just won't shut up.'
Coleen, 24, gave birth to Kai in November.
