Jordan believes she's triumphed in her bitter battle with her rival

Kerry Katona was Katie Price's bridesmaid

When Kerry Katona moved down south and closer to Peter just weeks after declaring her love for the singer, Katie Price was left enraged, fearing speculation about a romance between the pair was true.

But now that Peter's decided to move closer to his ex-wife, Katie feels that she's had the last laugh over her rival.

‘Jordan absolutely hates Kerry with a vengeance and doesn't even want her name mentioned,' says Now's source close to Katie.

‘Now that Pete's moved closer to her and further away from Kerry, she definitely sees it as getting one over on Kerry.

'Jordan's worst fear would be for Kerry to start dating Peter because it's the ultimate betrayal.'

Despite their firm denials, Peter and Kerry did little to scotch rumours of a budding romance when they admitted to being close friends in a recent interview.

So Katie's told friends that she'll do whatever it takes to keep Kerry away from Peter.

‘If she thinks that Kerry's starting to get close again to him after he moves, she's said that she'll go over to Peter's house and have a heart-to-heart about why he shouldn't go anywhere near her,' says our source.

'For some reason, she thinks she can make Peter see sense and he'll listen to her.

'She doesn't quite seem to realise she has no influence over his decisions now.'
