The singer - who released her first album in 1999 - isn't threatened by the success of younger starlets.
'I love all the girls out there now - Beyonce, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood, Pink - all of them,' says Jennifer, 40.
'I don't feel in competition with them.'
Jennifer is determined to to stay true to her own sound.
'I just want to be me,' she tells You. 'And that's always been good enough.'
