Gwyneth Paltrow and Robert Downey Jr filmed a snog for Iron Man 2

Gwyneth Paltrow's husband Chris Martin was on set when she filmed a kissing scene with Robert Downey Jr.

The pair's characters Pepper Potts and Tony Stark share a snog in Iron Man 2.

‘It was great because both my husband and [Robert's] wife were right there,' says Gwyneth, 37.

Robert, 45, jokes that his co-star let the kiss linger.

‘I couldn't get her off me,' he said at the Iron Man 2 press junket in LA. ‘It was embarrassing.

‘She told me that I didn't know what I was doing and that it didn't feel good.

'And I was like, "First of all, we're all friends, so what would be creepy was if I was coming off all sexy to you."

‘And by the way, I've done that in movies and it creeps them out. So, what am I going to creep her out for?

'Despite what she said on set, she still thinks about it.'

Gwyneth and Coldplay frontman Chris, 33, got married in 2003. 

Robert wed second wife, producer Susan Levin, in August 2005.
