Lindsay Lohan's dad turns up at her house with police

Lindsay Lohan has a rocky relationship with her dad Michael

Michael Lohan arrived at daughter Lindsay's home yesterday - and brought along the cops. 

The 49-year-old wanted to check on the star's sister, Ali, who has been staying with her. 

Officers interviewed the 16-year-old and inspected the house, before deciding to leave her with Lindsay, 23.

‘Michael Lohan called the West Hollywood Sheriff's and was concerned about the welfare of his daughter who was with Lindsay Lohan - I don't know if they were living together,' Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida tells People.

‘Sheriff's deputies went out to Lindsay Lohan's apartment and were given access by Lindsay Lohan and determined that for the [teen] as well as for Lindsay, there was no danger at all. A report was taken and that was it.'
