Rachel Stevens likes a bit of self-indulgence.

The singer says she enjoys all kinds of different spa treatments.

'I like facials - that's a real treat every so often. I love massages,' she tells Now Online.

'I'm quite a girly girl, so I do like pampering and all of that.'

Rachel, who got married to Alex Bourne last year and is now pregnant with their first child, says that luxurious beauty regimes make her feel good about herself.

'It just makes you feel confident, doesn't it, and it makes you feel better when you can treat yourself to those things.'

The former S Club 7 member, 32, also finds good weather fills her with happiness.

'When the sun's out, everything feels better - you're a lot [more free] in the summer.'
