After showing off her post-surgery body in Las Vegas, Hills star Heidi Montag has become obsessed with her bikini body and is planning even more radical surgery to boost her flagging self-esteem, including a third boob job.
But worried friends fear that the 23-year-old is chanelling her marriage problems into her body after months of rows with hubby Spencer Pratt, 26.
‘Heidi wants another boob job and more liposuction,' a pal tells Now. 'Everyone suspects she's concentrating on her body because her marriage is careering out of control.'
Despite telling fans her marriage is ‘fine', the wannabe singer has also launched a lawsuit for sexual harassment against Hills creator Adam DiVello, alleging that he grabbed her bottom in March - allegations that have been strongly denied.
‘Heidi's spiralling into an abyss,' says a source. ‘Launching the lawsuit has created a huge backlash from co-stars she thought were her friends.
'It was more Spencer's idea than hers and just like everything else, he talked her into it.
‘She's tried discussing her feelings with Spencer but he tells her to meditate more to find inner peace.
'It's like Heidi's becoming a spectator in her own life but can't do anything get it back on track, so she's concentrating on the one thing she can control: her body.'
