Gwyneth Paltrow sought help after failing to bond with son Moses

Gwyneth Paltrow struggled to connect with her son Moses after his birth in 2006.

The actress was suffering from post-natal depression.

‘At my lowest, I was a robot,' says Gwyneth, 37.

‘I just didn't feel anything. I had no maternal feelings for Moses - it was awful.'

Gwyneth says her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, 33, encouraged her to seek help.

‘When I look at pictures of [Moses] at three months old, I don't remember that time,' she tells Vogue.

‘My problem was that I never acknowledged anything was wrong.'

Gwyneth and Chris, who got married in 2003, are also parents to Apple, 5.
