Boy George admits he's a Katie Price fan.

The singer, real name George O'Dowd, says the glamour model, 31, doesn't deserve the stick she gets in the tabloids.

‘I've met Katie a few times,' the 48-year-old tells Now Online.

'She's been to my house and I find her sweet as hell. She's not a nasty person.'

Boy George doesn't know why people dislike her so much.

‘She doesn't always do herself justice on TV,' he says.

'But I think as a person she's actually quite sweet and I don't understand why people hate her.'
