Boyzone perform without Stephen Gately for first time

Lads sing Gave It All Away at Royal Albert Hall

Singer Stephen Gately died in Majorca in October at the age of 33

Boyzone performed on stage together for the first time without Stephen Gately last night.

Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch joined Ronan Keating during his solo concert at London's Royal Albert Hall. 

The lads sang new single Gave It All Away, which features vocals recorded by Stephen before his death in October.

‘He would pat us on the arm tonight and say, ‘‘Pull it together'',' Shane told Metro. 

'Stephen lived in a fantasy and didn't like dealing with reality. Tonight it is our reality, though.

'We've had more time to adjust but for the crowd it will be very emotional.'

Boyzone's new album Brother is out now.
