Girls Aloud star enjoys herself on Danish X Factor

Cheryl Cole received a standing ovation

Cheryl Cole was in high spirits when she appeared on the Danish version of The X Factor on Friday.

The Girls Aloud star performed Fight For This Love on the show and later admitted she was in the mood to let her hair down in Copenhagen.

'Everything's good,' said Cheryl, 26. 'I'm rocking it and enjoying myself.

'If there's a party I'll be there. That's what it's all about. I'll show you my moves, don't you worry.'

Cheryl put on a brave face as she chatted to the host following her split from Chelsea footballer husband Ashley, 29.

'It's a pleasure to be here,' she said. 'To be No 1 is the goal. It's the best feeling in the world.'
