Tess Daly leaves Vernon Kay at home for night out

Strictly Come Dancing host looks glamorous at White Ribbon Alliance dinner

Tess Daly enjoyed a night out yesterday - without husband Vernon Kay.

The Strictly Come Dancing host partied with Meg Mathews, Annie Lennox, and the Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown at the White Ribbon Alliance dinner in central London.  

Tess, 40, looked radiant in a while linen dress with a skinny black belt. 

Last month, Vernon, 35, apologised to his family for sending sex texts to 5 girls.

The Family Fortunes star made his first public appearance with Tess since the scandal broke at The Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards on Monday.

The couple are parents to Phoebe, 5, and 10-month-old Amber.
