Nicola Roberts has spoken out against claims that she is too skinny.
The Girls Aloud star slams reports that she stays super-slim by dieting all the time.
'Everyone keeps talking about my weight, which I find ridiculous,' says Nicola. 'I'm a size 6 and I'm not ashamed of it. I have a naturally small frame and it's the way I've always been.
'I've not been starving myself or exercising every day. It's irresponsible for people to obsess over it because I don't want girls to feel they have to be the same shape.'
Fair-skinned Nicola, 24, who was seen at several shows at London Fashion Week, has her own beauty line Dainty Doll for girls with similar pale complexions.
