Alex Reid's friends fear 'he'll be chewed up and spat out in 6 months'

Katie Priceis miffed no one would stump up the £1 million she demanded for her wedding photos.

The mum-of-three admits she's on a mission this year to make as much money as possible from lucrative fashion and book deals and other commercial endorsements.

But the final offer for the pictures was a quarter of that price and the deal was on only if new husband Alex Reid was centre stage.

Katie, 31, likes to be the one in control so she suddenly took the snaps off the market, claiming that she wanted them kept private.

‘She says she wants a long-lasting marriage, kids, the works with Alex,' says a source. ‘But she doesn't seem to want to live with him or share her assets.

'She says there's no prenup, but she's already got celebrity lawyer Fiona Shackleton onto it. She may love Alex, but she isn't going to part with her £30 million fortune any time soon!'

Our insider adds: ‘The worst fear Alex's friends have is that he could be chewed up and spat out within six months, leaving him with nothing.

'He'd be in an even worse position than before the marriage, as he'll have no management team and no long-term career.

'His only hope is that it's just Jordan adjusting to their whirlwind marriage and that, in time, they'll learn to live together harmoniously.'
