Jay Sean: Nando's chicken is on my rider

Jay Sean always requests Nando's chicken ahead of a performance.

The singer-songwriter, real name Kamaljit Singh Jhooti, loves meat.

‘My rider is pretty cool,' Jay tells Now Online. ‘There are a few things that I like.

'Things like a plate of different types of meat and chicken. Nando's chicken is on my rider.

'They don't have Nando's in America so they have to try to find me whatever other grilled chicken they can.'

But Jay, 26, insists fame hasn't gone to his head.

‘You do meet celebs who are just nasty and think they're all that,' he explains.

‘That, to me, is just really off-putting. To me, that kind of attitude is not justified...I'm not raised like that.'
