Amanda Holden has revealed she feared she had cancer last year.
The Britain's Got Talent judge found a lump in her breast in May.
But she only got it checked in November while filming ITV show Fantasy Lives in LA.
'I'll never forget the moment the doctor felt my breast and uttered the words: "My dear, we need to get you straight to hospital,"' explains Amanda, 39.
'My mind was filled with thoughts about high-profile people like Caron Keating and Jade Goody, who'd fought and lost their battle with this deadly disease.
'It brought home to me that none of us is invincible.'
Fortunately, Amanda's tests came back negative.
'I'll never forget the moment the doctor said the results were clear,' Amanda tells Fabulous.
'As he told me the lump was simply a collection of gristle-like tissue I felt giggly.'
Amanda has daughter Lexi, 4, with husband Chris Hughes.
The new issue is packed full of fantastic features on the stars' journeys through motherhood
