After Heidi Montag's surgery makeover, now Spencer wants chest implants
Heidi Montag's husband Spencer Pratt is reported to be considering a number of cosmetic procedures after being inspired by his wife's transformation.
According to a friend, the couple are obsessed with plastic surgery and Spencer is looking into ‘lipo, chest implants and a nose job' for himself.
The Hills star Heidi had 10 different treatments last month including a boob job, brow lift and liposuction.
But after all that effort and pain, Spencer revealed this week his favourite feature of Heidi's is her hair.
'It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally,' he says.
