Cheryl Cole flies out of the country without wedding ring

The X Factor judge has gone to LA

Cheryl Cole married Ashley in 2006

Cheryl Cole has jetted out of the country.

The X Factor judge flew to LA yesterday to work on new solo material.

As she arrived at Heathrow Airport, Cheryl was snapped without her £160,000 wedding band.

Instead, the 26-year-old was wearing a hugh gold cocktail ring.  

Girls Aloud star Cheryl kept the sparkler on when she touched down in LA. 

'The trip was scheduled last month,' her spokesman tells the Daily Record. 

Earlier this week, husband Ashley, 29, was accused of cheating on Cheryl on two occasions in late 2008 with a secretary.

The Chelsea footballer, 29, is also alleged to have sent a series of photos and texts to the unidentified woman.

In January 2008, Cheryl was shaken when single mum Aimee Walton gave a tabloid interview claiming she had sex with Ashley in December 2007.
