Tess Daly: Vernon wants us to have a baby boy

Couple already have two girls together

Tess Daly and Vernon Kay got married in September 2003

Tess Daly says her husband Vernon Kay is keen to have a son.

In an interview given before his sex text revelations emerged, she hinted they'd try for another baby.

The couple already have daughters Phoebe, 5, and Amber, eight months.

'Vernon has a fantasy about having a boy, so never say never,' Tess told You.

'But I'd better get a bloody move on!'

The Strictly Come Dancing host, 40, admitted she felt depressed after giving birth to Phoebe. 

'I had a number of mini meltdowns where everything got on top of me,' she added. 

'I was so low, I felt that nothing I did was good enough.

'Phoebe would be asleep, and all of a sudden I would be sobbing on the settee.'

Last week, Family Fortunes star Vernon, 35, apologised for sending saucy messages to five women.
