Hannah Waterman's naked ambition for the British Heart Foundation

Hannah Waterman's shed her inhibitions as well as her clothes.

She's teamed up with the British Heart Foundation to encourage the UK to go Red For Heart in aid of the charity.

The former EastEnders star and a host of other celebrities, including Gemma Atkinson and Jessica Taylor, have been photographed by top snapper Nicky Johnston to rally the UK to participate in National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February.

With only a giant rose to protect her modesty, Hannah - who recently split from husband Ricky Groves - opted for a slick of red lipstick for her campaign shot.

'Heart disease is the UK's biggest killer so let's support the nation's heart charity this February and help them to continue their fantastic work,' she says.
