Singer too busy with work to get married

Sandi Thom's cat Toots went missing in April

Sandi Thom has pushed back her wedding to Jake Fields.

The pair had planned to tie the knot later this year. 

'I've postponed my nuptials because I'm a busy little bride-to-be,' she says.

Sandi, 28, has blamed work commitments for the delay.

'The two of them have put the wedding on ice because Sandi is signing a new deal and her album is out in May,' her spokesman tells the Daily Record.

'With all the festivals and touring it would be too much.'

Music producer Jake, 33, proposed on holiday in Barcelona in April 2009.
