Nicole Richie has two children with Good Charlotte's Joel Madden

Nicole Richie was angered by claims she had anorexia.

The Simple Life star says the accusations were completely untrue.

‘It was a little unfair to say someone has an eating disorder when they don't,' Nicole, 28, tells Marie Claire.

‘It's extremely insulting and irresponsible. An eating disorder is serious and it's a disease.'

Nicole has shown off her post-baby figure in a new shoot for the magazine.
