Kim Kardashian gets permanent restraining order against fan

Dennis Shaun Bowman ordered to stay away from reality TV star

Kim Kardashian was not in court

Kim Kardashian has had a temporary restraining order against a male fan extended by an LA judge.

Dennis Shaun Bowman, 26, has been ordered to stay at least 500 yards away from the reality star and not to try to contact her in any way until 2013.

'Mr Bowman willingly entered into a written agreement to stay away from Ms Kardashian,' her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tells E! Online.

'[Yesterday] morning's court order simply enforces the agreement between the parties.'

Kim, 29, was granted the temporary order last month.

At the time, she alleged Bowman repeatedly showed up at her appearances and ignored cease-and-desist letters.

‘I am extremely frightened by Mr Bowman because he appears to be obsessed with me and is extremely delusional,' Kim wrote in a declaration, reported the Associated Press.

Bowman was also alleged to have turned up to the promotional events wearing facepaint depicting him as the Joker character from the Batman films.
