Star says it will make her life easier

Amanda Holden is good friends with Christine Bleakley

Amanda Holden has encouraged Christine Bleakley to come clean about her relationship with Frank Lampard.

The One Show host and the Chelsea footballer have been linked since the Pride Of Britain Awards in September.

'I predict big love for my friend Christine Bleakley and Frank Lampard,' says Britain's Got Talent judge Amanda, 38.

'They've been avoiding the paparazzi but if they go public with their romance they'll be surprised how much easier life becomes.'

Amanda hopes Frank, 30, invites Christine, 31, to join him in South Africa for the World Cup later this year. 

'Christine's good for Lamps because she's not impressed by a footballer's glitzy lifestyle,' she tells Fabulous.

'Christine is refreshingly undemanding so won't be a stress to Frank during the World Cup.'
