Ink is tribute to his late grandfather

David Beckham has 17 tattoos

David Beckham has a new tattoo - of Jesus.

The LA Galaxy star, 34, has been inked on the right side of his torso.

David got the design in tribute to his late grandfather Joe West.

It is based on a painting called The Man Of Sorrows by Catholic artist Matthew R Brooks.

Tattooist Louis Milloy is responsible for the black and white bodyart.

David unveiled the new design at a football match in Italy at the weekend.
