Jennifer Aniston offers Brad Pitt a shoulder to cry on

After rows in the Christmas holidays, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are ready to split.

The couple have signed a contract to divide their £205million fortune, claim unconfirmed reports.

The consolation prize for Brad is that his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston is still waiting patiently in the wings and will offer a shoulder to cry on.

‘Brad longs for the serenity and fun he had in his life when he was with Jen and he can't wait to get back together with her,' a source tells Now.

As Now first reported last May, Brad and Jen hooked 
up twice behind Angelina's back, which led to speculation that the pair may get back together.

Since their divorce five years ago, they've remained amicable and stayed in contact by email and text.

But Jen won't bow easily to Brad's demands and has also set her sights on Gerard Butler as they'll be touring the globe together to publicise The Bounty Hunter.

The studio behind the project is ploughing millions into its promotion - which stings Ange as the same studio isn't doing that for her movie Salt. It's as if Jen could get the upper hand on Ange in more 
ways than one.

Our source says: ‘Jen's made it 
clear she's not interested in talking to Brad until Angelina's out of his life. That gives more incentive to walk away from Ange now.'

Jen also fears that life with Angelina is harming Brad - she can't believe how much he's changed since they were together.

She told a friend she's worried by his appearance, describing him as a ‘walking corpse'.

A source tells us: ‘She says Brad's aged by about 20 years. It's obvious that stress and drinking is to blame for his physical deterioration. Jen believes he'll fall apart if he doesn't get away from Angelina soon.'
