Proud to flaunt her svelte new figure, Charlotte Church's recent body blitz is remarkable.

The 23-year-old mum of two showed off a slender frame 
as she shopped near her 
home in South Wales.

With a new album and TV show to look forward to this year, Charlotte should be on cloud nine over her hotly anticipated TV and music comeback.

But there are fears she may have to return to the limelight alone. For despite recently heading off on a make-or-break holiday, Charlotte's told friends 
she's worried that rugby star boyfriend Gavin Henson, 27, will walk out on her after 
a series of blistering rows.

Some sources have even claimed that their relationship's ‘unofficially over'. Even if these reports are exaggerated, there's no doubt that before they went to LA together in November their romance was at a low ebb.

Like any young couple with two kids under the age of three, it's an understandably pressurised time for them - and it doesn't leave much time alone for the couple.

But the fallout from Gavin's career frustrations 
is also taking a heavy toll on their relationship.

‘Gavin's been a nightmare 
to live with recently,' a source close to the couple tells Now. ‘He doesn't do anything around the house. He's turned into a layabout and isn't even helping look after their two kids [Ruby, two, and Dexter, one].

'As he's not playing rugby because 
of an injury, he's become disillusioned with life and turned into a recluse. He's so unpredictable that Charlotte doesn't know where to turn.'
