Ronnie Wood has split from Ekaterina Ivanova
Ronnie Wood has been cautioned by police for common assault.
The Rolling Stones star was arrested after rowing with ex-girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova, 21, in Surrey on 2 December.
A passer-by is thought to have called police after seeing the incident in Claygate High Street, Esher.
‘I am greatly relieved that this matter is resolved,' Ronnie, 62, says in a statement.
He left wife Jo for Russian waitress Ekaterina last year. They have since broken up.
