Man charged with stalking Jennifer Garner
A man who was arrested outside a school attended by Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck's eldest daughter has been charged with stalking.
Steven Burky, 37, was taken into custody in Santa Monica on Monday after he turned up at the nursery where Violet Affleck is enrolled.
The District Attorney charged him with two counts of felony stalking when he appeared at an LA court yesterday, confirms spokeswoman Jane Robison.
Burky was also charged with two misdemeanour counts of disobeying a court order for allegedly breaking a restraining order taken out by Jennifer, 37, last year.
He pleaded not guilty and remains in custody. Bail has been set at $300,000.
If convicted, he faces up to four years in prison.
