Rapper is also thinking about just going with Chip

Chipmunk is thinking of changing his stage name

Chipmunk is toying with the idea of changing his stage name.

The rapper - born Jahmaal Noel Fyffe - realises he can't always be associated with the cartoon character.

‘I can't be "Chipmunk" at 30,' he tells You. ‘So I might go Chip or just Mr Munk.'

‘But for now I am Chipmunk and I'm proud mate.'

Chipmunk, 19, won a MOBO for Best UK Newcomer in 2008.
